We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer specialized in computer vision and/or natural language processing to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge AI solutions that align with our business goals.
As an AI Engineer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI models and systems.
Requirements
Educational Background:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, completed course in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) are a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in programming languages and concepts commonly used in AI development (Python). Other languages are a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Roboflow, OpenCV, HuggingFace, …).
- Experience with deep learning techniques and neural network architectures.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts.
AI Development:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applications
Data Management:
- Expertise in handling and processing large datasets.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.
Problem Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Collaboration:
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Software Development:
- Experience with software development practices, version control systems (Git), and code review processes.
Continuous Learning:
- Demonstrated commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Adaptabilty:
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
Experience:
- Previous experience in AI engineering roles or related positions is preferred.
Portfolio:
- Portfolio of AI projects, showcasing both technical skills and problem-solving abilities
