About the position
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team as the number and scope of our projects continue to grow steadily.
This is a delivery-focused role, centered around planning, coordination, communication, and execution. You will work closely with our development teams and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality, while removing blockers and keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
The ideal candidate has experience managing software projects in Agile environments, along with a solid understanding of SDLC principles. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
We value pragmatic people who focus on outcomes, take ownership, and solve problems rather than hiding behind process.
Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Owning end-to-end project delivery: scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Establishing and maintaining communication with project sponsors, client stakeholders, and internal teams to build trust and ensure alignment
- Translating client needs into clear plans and actionable next steps for the team, in cooperation with Tech Leads and other relevant roles
- Organizing and facilitating essential project routines such as planning sessions, daily or weekly syncs, demos, and retrospectives when useful, always with a focus on execution and outcomes
- Proactively identifying blockers and driving resolutions, including connecting the team with the right people on the client side
- Monitoring progress, burn, and delivery forecasts while ensuring transparency through regular status updates and reporting
- Ensuring accountability for estimates and commitments, while raising risks early and driving corrective actions
- Managing change requests and scope adjustments in a controlled and transparent way, including their impact on time, cost, and quality
- Using project management tools to keep delivery tracking accurate and up to date
- Supporting continuous improvement of delivery practices across teams through pragmatic Agile approaches rather than ceremony-driven processes
