It’s hard to name any world-famous athlete who would win a gold Olympics medal without having a coach. Why then we feel then in any other area of our life we don’t need help from someone who has got all great results and solution? The same way it’s hard to name any outstanding leader who had no mentor. Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Jay Z, Oprah Winfrey. You name it. They all actively used mentors in their personal and professional growth.

Join out event where we invited Andrey Shtylenko, Russian serial entrepreneur to share his experience working on both sides – his experience working with his mentors and being a mentor himself for first-time entrepreneurs and people looking for more fulfilling careers. Shtylenko is a founder of several startups in areas of e-commerce, media and education. As an active contributor to the local startup community, Shtylenko is also a mentor in a number of regional startup incubation and acceleration programs, as well as an author of multiple workshops and coaching programs on professional development, interpersonal communication and networking for graduate students and entrepreneurs.

At the end of the seminar Shtylenko will also present his upcoming 2-month career coaching program CareerStarters which will start in Split on November 3rd and is organised in partnership with Klub Mladih, Amosfera Coworking and CEDRA.
