What You’ll Do

• Design responsive e-commerce websites and applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-code handoff (using Storybook, design tokens, and component libraries)
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Contribute to and evolve our design system (typography, spacing, color, accessibility)
• Develop and refine Agilo’s visual identity across all digital and print platforms
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of design elements across all communications
• Design high-quality visual assets for presentations, press releases, internal documents, event invitations, and other brand materials

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience 
• Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, variants, interactive prototypes)
• Solid grasp of web accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles
• A portfolio showcasing clean, modern designs and attention to micro-interactions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup — you ship fast and iterate often
