We are looking for a responsible, creative, motivated colleague to join our team.

We are a tight-knit, experienced crew and make end-to-end digital products. Most of our products are mobile apps but can be anything in the digital realm.

We would be delighted if you:

• have 2+ years of experience
• have experience working in agile teams with developers, designers, and product managers
• have in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• are familiar with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript, or Ruby on Rails
• have hands-on experience with network diagnostics and network analytics tools
• have basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process
• are ambitious and passionate about learning and improving skills
• understand what is a good UX
• are a team player willing to give and receive feedback, and you are ready to seek and share knowledge
• are up to date on relevant technology
• are persistent until you get it right
• have strong organizational skills necessary to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• can handle the pressure of having work done when needed
• are detail-oriented
• have proven working experience in web programming
• have an excellent command of English

Bonus points if you:

• have a computer science or relevant field degree
• are self-motivated
• have (some) knowledge about the blockchain technology
• are an after-work beer fan

Your responsibilities would be:

• writing efficient, testable code by using best software development practices
• creating website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• translating a vision into an actual functional website
• integrating data from various back-end services and databases
• gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• creating and maintaining software documentation
• troubleshooting website problems
• maintaining and updating websites
• monitoring website traffic
• presenting deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
• collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and developers in cross-functional agile teams in all product phases
