Your Role:

As the creative and analytical mind behind our social media, you’ll craft engaging travel content that captures attention and strengthens our brand. Your tasks include:

• Designing visuals and crafting posts for multiple social media channels and ads.
• Developing fun, promotional campaigns to get people excited.
• Use data to inform strategy and detect new opportunities, be experimental with content and campaigns, monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
• Staying up to date with the current social media trends.
• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
• Engaging with comments and responding to inquiries.
• Learning about new travel trends and destinations while also promoting the brand in the markets that are beneficial for the company.
• Collaborating with other teams within the company.

Your qualifications:

• At least 1 year of social media experience.
• Proficiency in managing and creating content for: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to articulate your ideas eloquently and effectively.
• Having initiative and working independently within a dynamic team.
• Strong proficiency in designing social media posts with a keen aesthetic sense.

Bonus points

We’d be thrilled if you have:

• Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience in collaborating with influencers.
• Knowledge of Meta business.
• Experience with TikTok for business.
• Portfolio showcasing your work.

• We have two interviews as part of the hiring process.
• In the first one, we’ll get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.
• If that goes well, the second interview will focus on your technical skills and go into more detail about the job.
