What will your day look like?

As a part of Agilno cross-functional team, you will be developing software for blockchain tech startup focusing on NFTs, gaming, and digital media entertainment. The client’s main product-in-development is a card strategy play-2-earn game called Goons of Balatroon.

You will be in everyday collaboration with client, project manager, product manager, designers, and developers using agile methodologies in development.

You will have the opportunity to express your advanced level of creativity and problem-solving skills in programming using modern technologies as well as achieve personal growth for Team Lead position.

You will lead client’s Web Platforms division which involves overseeing all web products and architectural decisions and coordinating with the Game Dev division to integrate game modules into the main website.

Preferably you are based in Split, but we’re also open to remote candidates. For senior positions, a gross1 salary ranges from 18000 to 28000 HRK depending on your level of knowledge.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience leading a team of min 3-6 devs
• Extensive knowledge of React JS, Node JS, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Github
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken
• Organizational skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Hands-on development is required, mostly on the front-end side.
