Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Frontend Automation Developer Intern to join our team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Angular frontend codebase has robust automation hooks in place. This position is ideal for a student with a strong background in JavaScript frontend development, particularly with Angular, and who possesses previous work experience. 

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and ideally bring some quality assurance (QA) experience to the table.

Your duties and responsibilities 

• Automation Integration:
    – Collaborate with the development team to identify opportunities for automation in the Angular frontend codebase.
    – Implement automation hooks and scripts to streamline testing, deployment, and other development processes.
• Codebase Enhancement:
    – Work closely with developers to ensure that automation practices are seamlessly integrated into the existing codebase.
    – Contribute to the enhancement of code quality and maintainability.
• Quality Assurance:
    – Assist in the design and execution of frontend testing strategies.
    – Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues related to automation and frontend development.
• Independent Work:
    – Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks and timelines.
  

 What we expect from you?

• It would be great if you are in your finishing year of university  (4th or 5th year).
• Proficient in JavaScript and frontend development
• Familiarity with Angular is a strong plus
• Previous experience in implementing automation tools and practices
• Prior experience in QA processes and methodologies is a plus. 

What can you expect?

Our internship lasts for 3 months – after that, if both sides are satisfied, we can continue the internship. 

You will get the chance to work on our in-house products for the US public sector and collaborate with QA and development teams.
